THE IDEA / Gesture-Controlled Rehab for Wrist Pain

Hand rehabilitation needs the right movement, at the right dose, performed consistently between appointments. Patients also need a way to see what they are doing.

Green Thumbs Rehab breaks gestures into stages and uses hand silhouettes and rhythm to guide play. The team also demonstrated camera-based movement tracking. The direction is home practice with feedback; clinical exercise selection, measurement accuracy and treatment benefit need separate evaluation.
