Temporal-bone surgery involves navigating complex anatomy close to the facial nerve, inner ear and other critical structures. Trainees need opportunities to repeat the task.

Drilling Drill provides a virtual anatomy and drilling environment, followed by cochlear-electrode insertion. Practice navigating the anatomy, then guide the electrode while feedback tracks movement and progress. The submitted gameplay and team presentation below show the two stages of the same game.
